The so called definition we provide here of who and what a Mind-Body Practitioner are, is just that ” our definition”.  It is in no way meant to solely claim or exclude certain titles nor include all titles.  Therefore, generally speaking if you feel you are a Mind-Body Practitioner, we stand with you in declaring that you are that, while at the same time if you don’t feel you are a Mind-Body Practitioner we stand with you in your denial thereof without judgment or concern.

Now that this has been stated let us move forward in our bold attempt to justly box a being that by nature cannot be boxed.

Our reference of Mind-Body Practitioners are those whom provide services working with and affecting with the mind and/or body mediums with the knowing and understanding of wholistic  connection between all (the mind-the body-the spirit- the soul).

Mind-Body Practitioners believe that the mind-body-spirit is interconnected, each having to do with and affecting the others.  If the mind is not balanced then the imbalance may be reflected in the body and vice versus (mind-body relations).  If one is non-knowing of self then one may make lackluster decisions in one’s life (spirit-mind relations).

Using what is sometimes referred to as alternative wellness therapies, Mind-Body Practitioners aid, guide and support clients in achieving and maintaining optimal health and wholistic well-being.  Most practices are heavily weighted on relieving and/or managing stress which is by most felt to be the base and underlying cause of poor effects on individual health.  This is usually done by shifting the wellness paradigm via coaching directly or indirectly through chosen Mind-Body therapies.  Clients are empowered to know, love and heal themselves with the Mind-Body therapies practiced.
